How to Check if Your Device Supports eSIM

Before purchasing a plan, ensure your device is eSIM compatible and carrier-unlocked.

For iOS

Go to Settings > General > About. Scroll down to ‘Available SIM’ (or ‘Digital SIM’). If you see an IMEI listed under this section, your iPhone supports eSIM.

For Android

Dial *#06# on your keypad to check for an EID number. If an EID number appears on the screen, your device is likely compatible with eSIM technology.

Note: Some regional models (e.g., from mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macao) may have physical dual-SIM slots and do not support eSIM.
