Before purchasing an eSIM, ensure your device is compatible and carrier-unlocked. Follow these steps to check:
iOS (iPhone/iPad)
- Scroll down to Carrier Lock. It should say “No SIM restrictions.”
Android
- Go to Settings > About Phone > Status (or IMEI information).
- If you see “IMEI (eSIM),” your device is compatible.
