I cannot scan the QR code. What should I do?

If you cannot scan the QR code, use these manual installation steps:

  1. Locate Manual Details: Find the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code in your confirmation email.
  2. iOS: Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Use QR Code > Enter Details Manually.
  3. Android: Go to Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > Add > Download a SIM instead? > Next > Need help? > Enter it manually.
  4. Copy/Paste: Ensure there are no extra spaces when entering the codes.
