StayDirect™ has No Markup As we are not providing booking services for StayDirect™ we don't charge a booking fee. Insert Your Retail Pricing for StayDirect™ With StayDirect™ your list your Retail prices. You list the total prices that nomads will pay for your Stay. This differs from BookingFlow (our standard agency model) where we mark up your net prices by around 12% for the booking before presenting total prices to nomads.

StayDirect™ has a 1% referral fee. This means we charge your 1% of the value of the deal that the user clicks on. Your account has a Nomad Stays Wallet associated with it which you top up with advertising monies.
