Changing Between StayDirect & BookingFlow

There are 2 main differences in the setup between StayDirect and BookingFlow.

1. StayDirect Prices are retail prices, while BookingFlow Prices are wholesale prices
2. StayDirect needs a URL endpoint to send users to

When the BusinessModel is changed (by Nomad Stays Admins) to StayDirect then both Prices and Endpoints need updating.

When the BusinessModel is changed (by Nomad Stays Admin) to BookingFlow then Prices need updating.
