Warning - 'blocked' dates not automatically inserted into Airbnb
Airbnb will automatically update their calendar for 'bookings' made on other sites.
BUT, they DO NOT guarantee 'blocked' dates you've made on other sites will be synchronised.
https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/99#:~:text=Your%20Airbnb%20calendar%20automatically%20updates,other%20calendars%20you've%20connected.
The solution around this problem is to use a professional Channel Manager program to manage the synchronisation between. Channel Managers hand both bookings and blocked dates and share the results with all their connected platforms equally.
Channel Managers come in all sizes and prices from around $10 per month.
