How Do I Get Listed on Nomad Stays?

Becoming listed on Nomad Stays involves a process of a number of steps.

  1. Submitting a Stay Application
  2. Having that Application Accepted
  3. Getting your Account Upgraded
  4. Uploading Your Information
  5. Having that Information Reviewed
  6. Waiting for Nomad Stays to turn on your listing

Listing involves the Nomad Stays team reviewing your application and information. There is no automatic process to become listed,

The uploading of your information is free and self-service.  You can do this without our involvement.  

To assist you we have:

  1. an extensive Help Center of articles (that can be translated into various languages)
  2. a WhatsApp support line specifically for Trusted Stay Partners
  3. an Email Contact system
  4. an optional white-glove Concierge Service for a fee

 

Before Applying you should review our requirements on the List Your Stay page with particular attention to:

  • Live Availability calendars
  • Instant booking acceptance
  • Acceptance of payments direct from guests
  • Workspace facilities, Kitchens, Wi-Fi, and Laundry facilities
