Payment Ahead of Arrival

Some Stays only accept business from guests who have paid in full ahead of time.

Nomad Stays offers 2 options to accommodate this policy:

  1. Full Payment System, and
  2. Prepayment Declaration

 

Prepayment Declaration

If you are not eligible or don't wish to use Nomad Stays' Full Payment system then you can remain on the Standard payment system and declare in your product descriptions that full payment is required ahead of time.

  • Once a booking is made, you will have a confirmed booking and full details for our Member automatically sent to you.
  • You can then email or message the Member with the details for paying before they arrive.  You are responsible for collecting the balance of the booking fee yourself under the standard system.

Your cancellation policy will set if and how a Member can cancel their booking.
