What's your cancellation and refund policy?
Stays get to set their own cancellation policies but most of them tend to follow our standard policies.
We currently have 3 Standard Policies:
- Full
- Flexible
- Limited

If you need to make a change or cancellation that falls outside our refundable or creditable policies then we suggest that you utilise your travel insurance where possible.
