Certainly, some Cohosts are also skilled Consultants but generally Cohosts don't consult.

Cohosts tend to focus on 'performing' a range of physical work.  They are hands-on, often have good delivery systems in place and preferred suppliers ready to move quickly.

Consultants tend to focus on 'giving you smart advice' in which you still need to undertake yourself.
