How Do Stays Cancel Bookings?

Some platforms allow Stays to cancel bookings made by Guests, usually with penalty costs applied.  We don't at this stage.

Once a booking is made a Stay has created a contract to supply accommodation to a Member in line with their booking details.

If you find yourself in a situation where you can't complete the contract and accommodate the Member you need to find a suitable replacement for the Member.  This will typically involve you initiating your Overflow Protocol.

We urge you to talk with the Member to arrange a suitable new arrangement for them.  Many digital nomads have flexible dates and can often reschedule their bookings months ahead for instance.
