Standard Model
The standard model is that you get paid directly by the Guest at check-in.
The guest pays you directly in the majority of cases.
They will pay you the net price of the package you've listed with us, our purchase price from you. The Guest has already paid us a Booking Fee to secure your offer, and now pays you the balance at check-in.
How Do I Know the Person Checking In Is the Right One?
As part of the check-in process the Guest should show you a Confirmation Form or Email, or some other proof that the booking belongs to them.
They will also have a Confirmation Form showing the monies they owe. These are the net prices you've given to us.
And of course they will be paying you.
You will of course already have this information ahead of time, from the Booking Emails we send you, as well as having a copy of the same Booking on the Booking page inside your Dashboard.
Full Payment
Some Stays that are eligible for our Full Payment system will use a different system.
Under the Full Payment model Nomad Stays collect the complete amount of the booking from the Guest. We then transfer your fees into your saved bank account within a few days of the Guest checking in. (The actual transfer time depends on the speed of the banking industry.)
