DAC7 Checklist

Things to prepare for updating your listing.

1. Full name of the legal operator of your Stay - either an individual or an entity
2. Registered Address
3. Registered business number (if entity)
4. Income tax number & country
5. VAT number (if registered) & country
6. Land registration number of every property you have listed
7. Other countries you have a permanent establishment (if entity)

For individual operators

1. Date of birth
2. Place of birth (if no income tax number)
