To reacrivate your Stay account following a suspension you are required to follow a process.

You will need to:

1. Address the problem that caused your Account to be Suspended in the first instance
2. Provide adequate confidence that the conditions that resulted in your suspension will not happen again.
3. Pay the Reactivation Fee of USD$899
