Booking Agent Model
The Booking Agent model is where we act as your appointed travel agent to sell on your behalf. We take the bookings directly from the clients and pass the details to you for delivery of the accommodation or experience. We add our technology service fees onto your net prices so the client always knows the total price ahead of time.
Advertising Model
Our Advertising Model is where we promote your offerings to digital nomads and the nomads book and pay directly with you. You pay us for leads we send to you.

Pay on Arrival
The Pay on Arrival model means that you collect your accommodation fees directly from the digital nomad when they arrive and check-in. We don’t collect any of your accommodation fees for you.
Full Payment on Booking
The Full Payment on Booking model is where you nominate Nomad Stays to collect your accommodation fees on your behalf from the client at the time of their booking. We send your accommodation fees to you a few days after the client checks in.

Commercial Availability
Commercial Availability is like most hotels. A client books a particular room ‘type’ such as a double room and the actual physical room number they get is allocated to them at the time of check-in. Commercial operators will usually have multiple numbers of the same type of room.
Boutique Availability
Boutique Availability is for small properties with 6 or less physical rooms where each room’s availability is individually managed. There is only ever 1 physical room available for each room type under the Boutique system. You supply us with your ical availability feed from your main calendar supplier to allow us to synchronise calendars.
