Your Stay page’s Wi-Fi speed is updated within about 10 minutes of a new test.

The speed shown is the average of your most recent tests (up to 10) from the last month. Averaging irons out the swings that happen in normal internet use. Tests run by guests during their stay are shown in your Stay Dashboard but aren’t included in this average.

The speed on your Stay page only changes when you test, so test at least once a month to keep the ‘last tested’ date fresh.
