Depending on which business model you’ve chosen determines whether you insert your wholesale price or retail price.

How do I Choose a Price?

This of course is entirely your choice.

We encourage you to create budget friendly pricing as nomads will reward you with a longer a lot stay than most business or leisure guests. The bottom line is that nomads and remote workers can easily be your most profitable market with their longer stays.

We provide a Pricing Modeler on the Packages page to assist our Stay Members find reasonable prices based on their current business.

To attract more longer-staying guests the keener the pricing the better. Our guests have lower fixed budgets per night. The rate for a 2 week stay might be set at only 1/3rd of your normal nightly rate but of course you’re receiving 14 nights booked from 1 client.
