Business grade internet is highly desirable.

For example its becoming common to see:

• 500 Mbps download speed, and
• 200 Mbps upload speed

With the expansion of 4G & 5G cell tower networks and low earth satellites its quite feasible for much of the world now to get 50+ Mbps internet speeds.

It can be hard to conduct video conferencing with internet speeds less than 5MBps up and down so we generally talk about minimum requirements of:

• 10 Mbps download speed minimum, and
• 5 Mbps upload speed minimum

This is for all guests.  So, it’s worth testing what happens to your internet when you have multiple people using it at the same time.

Our Wi-Fi Testing tool available in your Stay Account will help you here, as well as automatically put the test results into your Stay records.

Your wi-fi speed will be tested and shown to nomads before they book as a number of nomads have quite specific internet quality and speed needs.
