What is an iCal link?
iCal link is a special internet address (URL) that looks similar to this:
https://www.floridarentals/calendar/ical/2290/9de349834u395y30985395vn395vn30.ics
Each room on OwenerRez has a unique link address.
The link is made up of the:
- Site Address: https://www.YourReservationsWebsiteName.com/
- Where on the site to look: /calendar/ical/
- An unique ID number: 2290/9de349834u395y30985395vn395vn30
- The internet calendar type: .ics
Where do I find it?
This unique link is found inside your OwnerRez Host Dashboard.
Follow the steps below to access the link in your OwnerRez host dashboard:
- Click on the “Update Calendar” tab on your Host Dashboard
- Click the “Import/Export” drop-down
- Click on the “Export”tab
- Copy the iCal link in the window that opens to sync with other calendars.

Where do I add it?
Go to your Stay Dashboard, open your Stay, then Rooms (or Packages). Paste the iCal link into the Inbound iCal field for that room and click Test.
Once the test succeeds, the link is automatically saved to your room – there’s no need to email or WhatsApp it to us.
