Each Stay Operator wishing to join Nomad Stays needs to submit an application, and pay an Application Fee.

The Application Fee is currently EUR€39.

This fee is payable only once per entity wishing to become listed while they have a current listed Stay.  Additional Stays operated by the same entity have no Application Fees to be paid but are still required to lodge new Applications for each additional Stay.

If your Stay has lapsed or becomes unlisted then a Re-Listing Fee is applied.
